Our mission is to advance the well-being of all children and young people across every aspect of their lives. All our work sits within a set of aims, organisational principles and operational objectives, which are designed to guide us in working towards our long-term aspirations for children and young people.

  • to further develop partnership working
  • to ensure efficient and effective operation of NCB
  • to strengthen NCB’s financial situation and diversify our funding base
