Information we collect from you

We will collect and process the following data about you:

· any of our specialist membership groups, details of which are listed on out site.

· selected third parties including:

· Mailchimp; and

· analytics and search engine providers (on an anonymous basis) that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site;

The personal information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

We will not transfer your personal information to a county outside of the EEA unless we are satisfied that we are entitled to do so pursuant to the requirements of the Act By way of example, we will not export your personal information to a third party which is located in the United States of America unless you have either consented to this or the third party in question is able to demonstrate that it has signed up to the Privacy Shield (or replacement scheme from time to time) and/or (without prejudice to our commitments set out above in relation to disclosure of your information to third parties) we have, in place, contractual provisions which the European Commission has approved/adopted for use in such circumstances.

All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

Your rights
