Creative assessment in RSHE

The third of a trio of webinars ideal for teachers and subject lead in special and mainstream settings, this 75-minute webinar explores creative ways to carry out meaningful assessment for learning and assessment of learning in the RSHE classroom.

Participants will:

- Consider creative ways to assess learning in RSE.

- Identify assessment opportunities and support you to develop a curriculum informed by judicious assessment, responding to learners’ strengths and needs.

- Focus on ways to assess that enable learners to demonstrate, explain and justify without relying on the written word. This webinar will support you to incorporate meaningful assessment into your programme for learners with additional needs.

This webinar can be attended as a stand-alone course, or the third of a trio of courses for teachers of RSE. The first and second in that trio being 'Values for teaching RSE' and 'Practical techniques for teaching RSE'. This is a book-on event but this webinar series can also be commissioned for your setting.

How to take part: This webinar will run using zoom. Ticket holders will receive an email in advance of the event with the meeting ID and password. Accompanying slides are provided for delegates to keep.
