Designed with Key Stage 3 and 4 teachers and RSE / PSHE leads in mind, this 2 hour interactive online training course will support participants to:
- Know what is required by the Government RSHE guidance in terms of teaching about sexual health
- Explore the World Health Organisation definition of sexual health and consider the implications for the teaching of RSHE
- Consider how and what is taught about sexual anatomy, sexual pleasure, conception, contraception, condoms, pregnancy choices and safer sex.
- Develop understanding of the diverse needs of young people in relation to sexual health and how to take an inclusive approach
How to take part: This webinar will run using zoom. Ticket holders will receive an email in advance of the event with the meeting ID and password. Accompanying slides are provided for delegates to keep.
