Holding Hearts Psychology

Holding Hearts Psychology is an independent educational psychology service which supports children, young people and their parents and teachers in their communities. Holding Hearts psychology is dedicated to empowering everyone with the knowledge they need, routed in psychological evidence-based practice, to live a good life.  A good life is one where everyone can enjoy healthy relationships and connection with others. Dr Natalie Carpenter is the director at Holding Hearts Psychology and has a specialism in RSHE, which is informed by her own research and practice which seeks to provide inclusive RSHE rooted in the voices and views of all children and young people.

Services and work includes:

  • Training for parents and school staff.
  • Support for parents and schools to gain the views and voices of the young people they work with.
  • Systemic, organisation development in educational settings to support the development of policy and practice.
  • Psychological consultation and assessment.
