This activity pack has been developed to support the Sex Education Forum SRE policy guidance (2014).
The pack contains a set of 6 activities that can be used as stand alone consultation activities or implemented from start to finish. The activities can be used by teachers and other professionals. They will provide evidence from pupils, parents and staff about any changes needed to the RSE programme and will in turn inform the RSE policy.
The activities include a ‘Draw and Write’ needs identification activity about growing up for use with primary children, and ‘Diamond 9’ prioritization activities at four different levels for use with pupils from Key Stage 2-4. Survey questions are provided for consulting with parents and carers and school staff and the pack also includes advice on getting started and an audit tool.
